1. How long will shipping take? 🕸️

🦇 Beware of Shipping Times! 🦇 Once you summon your merch, our goblins spring into action! Please allow 2-3 business days for our witches to conjure your order. Standard shipping takes are about 5-7 business days. 

👻Take Heed! 👻Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. Herald of Doom is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers AND Herald of Doom is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier.

🎃 Track Your Prey🎃 Once your order is dispatched from our haunted headquarters, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package's ghostly journey. Watch in horror as your macabre merch moves closer to your lair!

2. Do you accept exchanges/returns? 🦇

We ONLY issue returns/exchanges in the following cases:

- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model
- The product arrived in a damaged condition 
- The item arrived in poor quality 

DO NOT DELAY!!!
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. Thank you for your support, and may you never need to contact us for these chilling matters.

 3. Can I cancel my order? 💀

Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered the printing process. All apparel is printed to order. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally and cannot be cancelled. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Herald of Doom.
